WWDC Announce Apple Design Awards For iPhone, iPad Apps

At WWDC, the winners have been announced of the Apple Design Awards, and for the first time they’re iOS only. These awards are offered for apps that “demonstrate technical excellence, innovation, technology adoption, and quality.” They can be submitted by any iPhone developer. This years winners were:
- Financial Times
- Doodle Jump from Lima Sky
- Brushes from Steve Sprang
- TabToolkit from Agile Partners
- Articles from Sophiestication
- Flight Control HD from Firemint
- 20 Minute Meals – Jamie Oliver from Zolmo
- Star Walk for iPad from Vito Technology
- Real Racing from Firemint
- Pinball HD from Gameprom
I’m happy to see Doodle Jump on there. That game is way too much fun.
