Is Apple Adding An ‘Explicit’ Section To The App Store?

The developer reaction to Apple’s removal of thousands of sexual apps has been almost universally negative. However, a tipster has sent information to Cult of Mac showing that Apple may be readying itself to add an “explicit” section to the app store, which would allow these apps to exist.
Apple’s removal off these apps has resulted in a large amount of negative press. After Apple killed an app for a swimwear store, they quietly re-upped it, and innocently whistled as though nothing had happened.
The fact of the matter is that Apple at one point allowed these apps, then just decided that they were all inappropriate (unless made my a major publisher like Playboy or Sports Ilustrated). If they are attempting to fix this mess by allowing adult apps in a specific section of the app store, then I give Apple credit for fixing a bad situation. Doing this would allow these apps to still exist, but also keep them from clogging up the rest of the store. I suppose the only remaining questions is: “what does Apple consider explicit?”.
