Google Voice Coming Back to iPhone—As A Web App

VoiceCentral are a third party developer who worked with Google Voice, and are bringing the functionality back to your iPhone via a web app. They’re calling it Black Swan edition, and it’s heading towards private beta. It looks like a normal dialling app, with the ability to see SMSs and saved messages. When you dial a number, Google Voice dials your target and you simultaneously, which you answer from your iPhone normally. You can still read Google Voice transcribed voicemails, but the app doesn’t have access to your phone’s contact list, so that’s a drawback.
