Exploring The iPad UI

Can’t wait to get your hands on the iPad? Desperate for an idea of how it will look and feel? Frasier Speirs has Zaprudered all the interface videos and stills that Apple have provided, in order to show what the UI will look and feel like. He’s assembled it all into a Flickr stream, with annotations on each picture, showing the interface conventions, and how they’re used.

It’s intriguing to see just how much the apps differ in feel from the iPhone. There also seems to be a committed move to make the apps look like real world physical objects, a phenomenon which has been pointed out elsewhere.
