Department stores and the Apple Store aren’t the only ones offering up Black Friday deals. A swarm of developers have lowered prices on their apps today, and here are a few we would recommend.
Melodica

Make your own music with this fun composing app. We mentioned it in an earlier post as an app of the week, and now you can get it for half the price.
TouchPad

Ditch your computer’s mouse and go with this app that turns your iPhone into a trackpad for your desktop. The plus? No additional software is needed for the app. It works through screen sharing, which is part of OS X.
DangerZones
Was: $1.99
Now: $0.99
Sure, this one’s a bit morbid, but it’s definitely informative and probably a necessity for any driver out there. See on maps where the “danger zones” in your town are; get up-to-date information on hazardous driving sites and areas where drivers are more accident prone. And, don’t forget, stay off that iPhone while you’re behind the wheel, folks.

If you don’t have a tip calculator app yet, snatch this one up while it’s still free. Easily compute how much you need to tip your waiter and also easily divide up a bill between you and your dinner mates.
BookReader
