Apple Files Patent Lawsuit Against HTC

Apple has broken out their extensive list of patents in a suit filed against mobile phone competitor HTC. Apple claims HTC violates “20 Apple patents related to the iPhone’s user interface, underlying architecture and hardware.”
This lawsuit has the added juice of a quote from none other than Steve Jobs who adds in the press release, “We can sit by and watch competitors steal our patented inventions, or we can do something about it. We’ve decided to do something about it. We think competition is healthy, but competitors should create their own original technology, not steal ours.”
Maybe Steve thinks they should change their slogan to “Quietly Borrowing”?
