Apple Accepting iPad Apps, Planning ‘Grand Opening’

Apple just sent out a note to all registered developers that they are now accepting iPad applications, and if you get your app in by the 27th of this month, you can be on board for the “Grand Opening” of the iPad app store. This will be an incredibly valuable time for developers, as it will be easier for them to concrete a position in the app store before it’s flooded.

9 to 5 Mac scurried up some screenshots of the submitting process, and discovered that app icons must be 72×72 pixels, and screenshots run 1024×768 at 72dpi.
